Q: PU Lip Out of Shape?

Out of shape??? If the product is made of Polyurethane or Urethane and is intended to be more flexible than fiberglass. If the item is out of shape , it will return to its original shape by following these steps: Leave the item in its original plastic bag sealed, on a sunny day ideally 70+ degrees temperatures on a flat surface for at least 30 Min. to 1 Hr. depending on the temperature. Add additional weight to areas that are needed, until the desire results are achieved. Alternative Method- Heat Gun Use a heat gun, if you do not have access to a heat gun you may use a strong hair dryer. Apply the heat about 1ft. away from the area you are working on but do not leave the heat on one area for more then 2-3 min. as this may cause damage to the surface. You can make small quick passes over the area you working to evenly distribute the heat. Once the item is back to its desired shape you may leave the item to cool down with a fan if accessible, if not you can leave it to cool at room temperature.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only accept orders and ship within the 48 continental of the United States (Shipping Policy). For international order, including AK, GU, HI, PR, P. O. Box and AFO/APO/FPO. Please go to our International Shipping Section for detail.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We makes every effort to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of purchase. Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days, actual shipping times depend on the products and destination. Please go to our Shipping Policy section for detail.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Only factory defective Items can be returned or for exchange within 48 hours after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. How long will it take to receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days
