If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us ASAP before the order is processed and shipped out. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to alter or cancel the shipment.Contact US

However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

We currently only accept orders and ship within the 48 continental of the United States (Shipping Policy). For international order, including AK, GU, HI, PR, P. O. Box and AFO/APO/FPO. Please go to our International Shipping Section for detail.

We makes every effort to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of purchase. Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days, actual shipping times depend on the products and destination. Please go to our Shipping Policy section for detail.

Only factory defective Items can be returned or for exchange within 48 hours after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. Please go to our RMA/Exchange section for more detail.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days

If the product is made of Polyurethane or Urethane and is intended to be more flexible than fiberglass.  If the item is Out of Shape. it will return to its original shape by following these steps:

Alternative Method- Heat Gun

Leave the item in its original plastic bag sealed, on a sunny day ideally 70+ degrees temperatures on a flat surface for at least 30 Min. to 1 Hr. depending on the temperature. Add additional weight to areas that are needed, until the desired results are achieved.
