Return/Exchange Policy
Non-Defective Item(s)
For all Non-defective items can be returned for a refund or exchange within the first thirty (30) days of the invoice date. After you receive an RMA number, the item(s) must be received by a shipping carrier within 7 business days (based on the shipping carrier's tracking information). Return tracking information must be provided. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
All return items must be in AS-NEW condition with all original hardware and shipping packages.
All Non-Defective item returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee applying to any returns. Additional deductions from the total refund amount may apply if any of the following apply, but are not limited to:
- Missing and/or used single-use hardware
- Not AS-NEW and/or used/alter/damaged condition
Defective/Damaged Item(s)
For factory defective/Damaged item(s), a refund and/or exchange request must be submitted within the first 5 days after delivery date.
All return requests must be submitted within 5 business days after delivery date to receive a valid RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. After you receive an RMA number, the item(s) must be received by a shipping carrier within 7 business days (based on the shipping carrier's tracking information). Return tracking information must be provided.
Shipping to a Freight Forwarding Company
We will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs to items during shipping by your chosen forwarding company; therefore, you should ensure your forwarding company thoroughly inspects all items before sending them to your location to identify any potential damage beforehand.
- Special orders are not returnable. No Cancellation, No Return or Exchange. No Exception
- Customer is responsible to inspect product is free of damage upon received.
- Some products may be used for off-road only. Customer is responsible to check with his/her local/state laws and ordinances.
- We are not responsible if you ordered the wrong item, which does not work on your vehicles.
- All parts required professional installation, there is no return or exchange if you do not know how to install it yourself .
- Bayson R Motorsports, LLC. Is not responsible for defective or damage caused by unprofessional installation or misuse of the product.
